DIVE-VRT Program Replication
As part of the DIVE-VRT grant, a comprehensive replication protocol will be developed to support organizations interested in implementing the DIVE-VRT program with fidelity. During Years 1 and 2 of the grant period, project activities will focus on refining and enhancing the DIVE-VRT model through ongoing evaluation, continuous quality improvement, and stakeholder feedback.
Development of the replication protocol will begin in Year 3. To facilitate successful program adoption, a self-paced replication course will be created and made available through the DIVE-VRT website. Tier 1 technical assistance will be provided through an AI-powered chatbot designed to answer common implementation questions and direct users to relevant resources. Tier 2 technical assistance will be provided by DIVE-VRT program staff to support implementation, ensure adherence to program procedures, and promote fidelity to the model.
By the end of the grant period (2029), the replication course and accompanying assessments will be available on the DIVE-VRT website. We encourage interested organizations to visit the website regularly for updates and additional information as these resources become available.
