Ways to Partner with DIVE-VRT
How To Partner with DIVE!
We are looking for employers in the HVAC industry to partner with us starting after January 2026. Students participating in our program are required to complete Applied Learning Experiences. Student experiences can include any of the following:
- Employment
- Apprenticeships
- Internships
- Volunteering
We also are looking for community partners in the trades to assist students with:
- Informational Interviews
- Job Shadowing
- Job Site Tours
- Career Fairs
- Mock Interviews
- Guest Speaking
- Resume Review
- Consultation
If you are interested in partnering in one of the above ways, please contact us.
Don't work in HVAC? That's fine! We are always looking to connect with businesses who are in the skilled trades. Our August 2026 class will focus on building maintenance. If you work in this industry, we would love to hear from you!
